1. What Caremi provides
Caremi offers an educational wellbeing map, a free first-day sample and a separately purchased 28-day program of everyday reflection and wellbeing practices. The map reflects what you share and possible connections between your joys, strengths, relationships and values. It does not establish your identity, vocation, abilities or health as a fact.
The service is for adults aged 18 or older. You choose whether to participate, answer a question, follow a practice, pause or seek another form of support. No particular wellbeing, emotional, physical or financial outcome is guaranteed.
2. Health and AI boundaries
Caremi and its fictional digital companions do not provide medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, prescriptions or emergency monitoring. No clinician-patient relationship is formed by using the service. An avatar’s appearance, name, voice or conversational style does not mean a licensed professional is speaking to you.
AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate information. Review suggestions critically and validate decisions that affect health with a qualified professional. Do not stop or change prescribed treatment, ignore symptoms or postpone care because of Caremi. The Health & AI notice forms part of these service boundaries.
For immediate danger in the United States, call 911. For emotional crisis support, call or text 988. Outside the United States, use local emergency/crisis resources. Caremi cannot promise to recognize a crisis, contact responders or provide a timely human response.
3. Accounts and responsible use
Provide an email you control, protect your credentials and avoid sharing your account. You can explore a map before registering. An account is required to download a map and to purchase. Once payment is confirmed, program content is available even if email verification is pending; using or buying digital-coach credits requires a verified email and active program access.
Do not impersonate another person, submit information you are not entitled to share, bypass access or spending limits, attack the service or use it unlawfully. These restrictions do not prevent lawful security reporting, legal rights requests or honest reviews.
4. Purchases, credits and availability
Before any real-money purchase, the checkout must show the total price, currency, applicable taxes, included content and credits, any limits and the refund/contact procedure. The 28-day program is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. Future subscription tools are not included merely because they appear in a roadmap.
Included or separately purchased AI credits have a visible balance and the selected engine’s credit cost. Availability and spending controls apply; credits do not promise unlimited conversation, a fixed number of words or a clinical service. Insufficient balance or provider failure does not authorize a new automatic charge.
Current payments in the published evaluation pilot use PayPal Sandbox and fictitious funds. Real payments are not enabled by these terms. The business must publish and approve its refund and service-continuity policy before real-money enrollment. Closing an account does not itself submit a refund request or waive any statutory refund right.
New program access is not currently assigned a 90-day expiration. This does not promise that the service will exist forever. Material service changes or discontinuation must be handled consistently with applicable law, the purchase terms and any required notice or remedy; no such obligation is waived here.
5. Your reflections and service content
You retain your rights in the information you submit. Caremi needs permission only to process it for the service and the separate choices you make, as explained in the Privacy policy. Creating an account is not permission to sell your reflections, publish them as testimonials or send them to AI without the relevant permission.
You may download your personal map for your own use and share it at your discretion. Caremi’s brand, original program materials and software remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. Do not redistribute paid program materials as your own service without authorization. Nothing here restricts uses allowed by law.
6. Service limits and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Caremi does not warrant that educational content or AI outputs are error free, continuously available or suitable for a particular health purpose. You should select practices appropriate to your circumstances and stop if an activity causes pain, distress or other concerning symptoms.
To the extent permitted by law, the service does not assume liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on educational or AI-generated content. This clause does not exclude liability, remedies, warranties or consumer/privacy rights that the law does not allow to be excluded, and does not excuse fraud, willful misconduct or other non-excludable responsibility.
No blanket release of all claims, mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or invented governing jurisdiction is imposed in this draft. The responsible business must obtain jurisdiction-specific legal review. A health disclaimer cannot cure misleading advertising or unsafe service behavior.
7. Closing or restricting an account
You can initiate account closure from Your space, with identity confirmation. The Privacy policy describes active-data deletion and records that may remain. You should download any personal files you want to keep before completing closure.
Access may need to be restricted to address abuse, security incidents, unlawful activity or a legal obligation. Any decision affecting paid access must be proportionate and respect applicable notice, review and consumer-remedy requirements. Contact and appeal procedures must be configured before commercial launch.
8. Changes, questions and your rights
Material changes to the service or these terms should be explained clearly. The document version identifies the wording available to you; the system must not invent acceptance for an existing account. Agreeing to terms does not bundle optional AI, storage, measurement or marketing permission.
Use the configured support/privacy contact for access, purchase, safety and data questions. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain in force. If any provision is unenforceable, applicable law controls that provision without creating a waiver of the rest of your rights.
